Robin van Persie, the eighth highest goalscorer in the history of Arsenal has yet again terrorised his former team - opening the scoring in the match at Old Trafford on Sunday.
Van Persie, who joined Manchester United from Arsenal for £24m last summer, has now scored in the last five Premier League encounters between United and the Gunners, scoring in two for Arsenal and in three United after he rose to connect with Wayne Rooney's corner in the 27th-minute, although replays appear to show the ball came off the top of his shoulder before going in.
Van Persie scored 132 goals in 277 appearances for Arsenal between 2004 and 2012, after he signed from Feyernoord for £2.75m.
