Remi Garde left Aston Villa by mutual consent on Tuesday night after an awful six month spell that leaves him as the worst manager in the club's long history.
The Frenchman won just two of his 20 matches in charge of Villa, who appear certain to be relegated and are 12 points from safety with just seven matches remaining.
Garde's winning percentage of just 10 per cent is the worst by some distance, the next worst manager on the list, Alex McLeish, won 21 per cent (nine) of his 42 matches in charge, while Tim Sherwood, sacked in October, won 39 per cent of matches - 11 out of 28 in his brief spell.
With Villa staring at the Championship next season, BetVictor have given us the odds on the top five managers poined to take over at Villa Park - and five slightly more left-field choices...
