The fixtures that will be screened by Sky Sports and BT Sport on the penultimate weekend of the Premier League have been announced.

Title chasing Leicester, Tottenham and Arsenal (for the optimists) will all be shown.

Midweek games prior to the final day of the season on Sunday 15 May have also been selected, with West Ham's final game at the Boleyn Ground, against Manchester United, among them.

By the time of these fixtures, it's possible Leicester will have already been crowned champions. Working on the basis that second place Tottenham win all their remaining fixtures, the Foxes can mathematically win the title when they play Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sunday 1 May.

Games selected for TV...

Norwich vs Manchester United - Saturday 7 May - 12.45pm - BT Sport

Leicester vs Everton - Saturday 7 May - 5.30pm - Sky Sports

Tottenham vs Southampton - Sunday 8 May - 1.30pm - Sky Sports

Manchester City vs Arsenal - Sunday 8 May - 4pm - Sky Sports

West Ham vs Manchester United - Tuesday 10 May - 7.45pm - Sky Sports

Liverpool vs Chelsea - Wednesday 11 May - 8pm - Sky Sports
