Injuries are part and parcel of football, but certain clubs this season have had it a lot worse than others.

While Arsenal and Manchester United have received most of their attention for their respective injury crises, it's actually Newcastle United and Everton who are the two worst hit players in the Premier League right now, according to physioroom.com who track injuries in the top flight.

Alan Pardew could be missing up to 13 players when the Magpies face West Ham at Upton Park on Saturday, while Roberto Martinez's Toffees could be missing up to 10 men when they travel to White Hart Lane on Sunday; although five of those are facing late fitness tests for the game, while five of Pardew's 13 missing players could play some part.

Not only are Chelsea unbeaten in 19 matches, seemingly running away with the League and dominating in their Champions League group, Jose Mourinho's Blues have just one real injury concern, teenager Nathan Ake, who has played only three matches this season.

Diego Costa appears on the list but is likely to play at Sunderland on Saturday, while Loic Remy and Didier Drogba are ready to step in if he doesn't.

Leicester City might be struggling for wins - having not secured three points since their famous win over Manchester United - but Nigel Pearson's team have a pretty clear treatment table, with Dean Hammond the only long-term concern.

Stoke City have a trio of likely starters struggling with illness, though Asmir Begovic, Phil Bardsley and Geoff Cameron could all play against Liverpool.

Brendan Rodgers' Reds have seven players missing, but unfortunately that still includes key man Daniel Sturridge, who has not featured since 31 August and is not likely to play until January.

Arsene Wenger's Arsenal have nine players out injured, including their first and second choice goalkeepers, though Danny Welbeck, Yaya Sanogo and Wojciech Szczesny could play against West Brom.

Manchester City meanwhile, have only three players out, with Edin Dzeko, Aleksandar Kolarov and David Silva all expected to return in the next fortnight.
