On a crucial day for teams fighting relegation every team were on the scoresheet in the Premier League.
Arsenal's Andre Arshavin netted his first goal for the club before adding a second. Eboue scored the other two, one surprisingly from the penalty spot as Arsenal push Aston Villa for the final Champions League place.
Fulham recorded their first away win of the season with Diamancy Kamara scoring his first goal since returning from injury to seal the victory. Andrew Johnson gave Fulham the lead before a Kevin Davies equaliser. Simon Davies restored the lead for Fulham before Kamara's strike.
Jo scored his third goal in five games to give Everton the lead against Stoke. The Toffees were cruising after Joleon Lescott's goal but Shawcross's goal for Stoke gave Everton a fright. Fellaini netted in injury time to put a gloss on the result for Everton.
Hull and Newcastle shared the spoils in a match Newcastle billed as a 'cup-final' as both teams fight relegation. Geovanni scored for Hull while Taylor equalised in the first half for Newcastle. Neither team could find a crucial second goal in the second half.
Middlesbrough needed a late injury time goal from Marlon King to save them from defeat at the hands of Portsmouth. Peter Crouch's first half goal looked to have secured all three points before King's strike.
In the only other 3pm kick-off, Wigan beat Sunderland thanks to goals from Ben Watson and Charles N'Zogbia, while Leadbitter scored for Sunderland.
