Two goals by Yaya Toure led to a very important win for Manchester City against Swansea that put them ever so close to second place and guaranteed automatic Champions League qualification.
The Swans started strong but were halted with the Ivorian international's first on 21 minutes as Lukasz Fabianski failed to hold on to the ball.
Manuel Pellegrini's side proved to be in great spirits, after thrashing QPR last week, as they doubled the lead in just 15 minutes with James Milner who picked up on a beautiful Frank Lampard cross.
Gylfi Sigurdsson put the home side back in the game before half time with a fantastic shot outside the box.

Garry Monk's side entered second half with a purpose and equalised with Bafetimbi Gomis who picked up a sensational Ashley Richards ball and fired it behind the net.
Celebrations were short-lived as Toure scored his second on 74 minutes and former Swansea star Wilfried Bony, who came from the bench, made it 4-2 on extra time.
The Citizens are on second place and are playing a determined Southampton at home while third place Arsenal have a game in hand.
