Arsenal may have won their last 10 matches in all competitions and sit at the top of the Premier League, but is their current midfield better than the one from the unbeaten ‘Invincibles’ team of 2003/04? No, not according to you, The Independent readers.

73 per cent of voters in our poll said that the 2004 midfield of Vieira, Pires et al would sweep aside the current crop including Ozil, Flamini and Ramsey, which took 27 per cent of the vote.
