Sunday is derby day and finishes with London's most bitterly-fought contest, Tottenham v Arsenal.

Both sides suffered midweek disappointments in Europe, Arsenal slipping out of the Champions League after a two-leg defeat to Bayern Munich, and Tottenham losing 3-1 to Benfica in the first leg of their Europa League clash.

It is fair to say that both team's have a point to prove and who better to do it against than their bitterest rivals.

Despite their injury problems and questions remaining over their mental stability, Arsenal must start as favourites against a Tottenham side who look increasingly lost under rookie manager Tim Sherwood.

Then again Sherwood's gilet may be able to spring a surprise over Arsene Wenger's sleeping bag coat, as history shows these matches are far from predictable.

Meanwhile the neutrals will just be hoping that Sunday's match will be one worthy of joining the celebrated bunch in the gallery above.
