It’s a big game for…

SAIDO BERAHINO: Although Tony Pulis took responsibility for his side’s 3-0 loss to Manchester City on Tuesday Saido Berahino did little to justify the interest shown in his services from a number of clubs over the summer.

Pulis’ decision to play both Berahino and Rickie Lambert in attack backfired, leaving the midfield too open. Saturday is the perfect opportunity for the forward to prove his worth, against a newly promoted side.

Weird stat…

0: The amount of times Watford and West Brom have met in the Premier League. Although the two sides met on numerous occasions in the old English Division 1, the two sides haven’t met in the Premier League, since its formation in 1992.

Remember when…

West Brom thumped Watford 5-0 at the Hawthorns back in 2009. The emphatic victory over the Hornets propelled Roberto Di Matteo’s men back to the top of the Championship.

Player to watch…

OBION IGHALO: The Watford striker, who helped the Hornets clinch promotion last season proved a handful at the weekend, scoring on his Premier League debut against Everton. The Nigerian looked at ease as his side drew 2-2 against the Toffees, proving he could be the key to his side’s safety this season.
