Chelsea transfer news: Blues expected to make third bid for AS Roma's Radja Nainggolan
The London club have already had two bids for the Belgium international rejected

Chelsea are expected to make a third bid for Belgium and AS Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan in the coming week.
The Italian side are demanding £31m for the 28-year-old after rejecting two previous offers filed by the Blues, according to the Mirror.
The London side are determined to get hold of the Belgium international and Antonio Conte is believed to be keen on pairing the player alongside Leicester’s N’Golo Kante in what would be a major shake-up to the Chelsea midfield.
Despite struggling in Belgium’s opening 2-0 defeat to Italy at Euro 2016, Nainggolan went on to prove his worth with a 25-yard match-winning strike against Sweden.
And after impressing in Belgium’s last-16 victory against Hungary, the midfielder looks to have nailed down a position in Marc Wilmots’ side.
But in light of such intense speculation, Nainggolan has refused to give little away with regards to his future.
Asked if he was open to the idea of extending his contract at Roma, he told Sky Sports: “I said I love where I’m playing so why not?”

Despite Roma manager Luciano Spalletti's insistence that the player had vowed to stay in Italy, the midfielder has also openly expressed an interest in the Premier League.
"The Premier League is another good competition, but I think sometimes in life you need to make choices,” he said.
"I don't know what will be my future but I just can say that where I am I'm happy."
Reports suggest Roma are ready to offer Nainggolan a new deal to keep him at the Stadio Olimpico but a £31m offer from Chelsea might just be too much to turn down.
