Chelsea will battle with Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United for the signature of Napoli's £30m striker Gonzalo Higuain this summer, according to reports in Italy.
With Didier Drogba leaving Chelsea, and recent reports claiming that Diego Costa is unhappy at Stamford Bridge, the Premier League champions could be forced to bring in a top addition up front.
Higuain scored 29 goals in all competitions last season for Napoli.
With manager Rafael Benitez taking charge of Real Madrid and the club not playing in the Champions League next season after finishing fifth in Serie A last term, it could be a summer of big changes at the Stadio San Paolo.
