Barcelona forward Pedro has been offered to a string of Premier League clubs for just £7m, according to reports.

The Telegraph says that Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Tottenham would all be at the front of the queue to sign the cut-price Spanish international, who has started just 20 league games this season at the Camp Nou.

The playing style of the 28-year-old, who has won five La Liga titles at Barca, would be ideal for the Premier League, while his ability to play on either flank or behind a central striker makes him an ideal utility man.

While he would fit in at either Chelsea or Spurs, he seems particularly suited to Liverpool and Arsenal. The World-Cup winner would be a cheap, proven replacement for Raheem Sterling, who seems determined to engineer a move away from Anfield, while Arsene Wenger may look to him for cover with Theo Walcott looking set to leave the Gunners.

Since making his debut in 2007/8 Pedro has made over 300 appearances for Barcelona in all competitions, scoring 98 goals. In 2009/10 he became the first player to score in six different club competitions in a single season.
