Raheem Sterling transfer latest: PSG ready to dive in as Sterling stalls over new Liverpool deal

Sterling could be on his way out should he decide against extending his Liverpool contract

French giants Paris Saint-Germain are ready to triple Raheem Sterling’s wages in a bid to exploit his contractual stand-off with Liverpool.

The 19-year-old England winger is in a dispute with the Merseyside club, who are keen to extend his £43,000 a week deal, which has more than two years left to run.

While Sterling has never said he wants to leave Liverpool, the club are hoping he will accept around £20,000 per week more.

But cash-rich PSG – bankrolled by the Qatar Investment authority – are willing to dwarf that and have not ruled out offering Sterling a six-figure weekly wage to secure him.
