It could be more bad news for Leicester as Chelsea plot a second raid on the King Power Stadium for Algeria international Riyad Mahrez, the Sunday Mirror reports. The winger turned down an improved contract from the Foxes worth £100,000-a-week and Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has made no secret of his desire to sign the PFA Player of the Year.

According to Marca, West Ham are one of the numerous Premier League sides linked with a move for Real Madrid’s James Rodriguez. The attacking midfielder endured a difficult past season and is considering his future beyond the Bernabeu. The La Liga giants have valued the Colombia international at €80m but it seems neither West Ham nor the likes of Chelsea or Manchester United have made a bid above €60m at this point.

Contract talks between Arsenal and central defender Laurent Koscielny have stalled, the Daily Express reports. This has subsequently opened the door to Bayern Munich who are allegedly interested in bringing in the French international as they look to provide cover to Mats Hummels and Jerome Boateng.

Summer 2016 Transfer Window - Done deals and rumours

Ronald Koeman is keen to add Wilfried Bony to Everton’s transfer deal with Manchester City for Toffees defender John Stones. As well as demanding £50m from City for Stones, Everton are also keen to bring in Bony from the Etihad in a swap deal which would help ease the club's attacking worries. According to the Mirror, Koeman knows he won’t be able prevent the 22-year-old leaving Goodison Park if City meet Everton’s asking price but the Dutchman is investigating how he can sweeten the deal.

N’Golo Kante’s arrival to Stamford Bridge could signal the departure of Nemanja Matic. The 27-year-old is now considered surplus to requirements, according to ESPN, and could complete a move to Juventus in a deal estimated to be worth £15m.

Jurgen Klopp is looking to solve his side's defensive issues after losing Mamadou Sakho and Joe Gomez to injuries. Liverpool have reportedly made contact with Barcelona defender Jeremy Mathieu as the club attempts to bolster its defence. Klopp is determined to add at least one more name to his back four this summer ahead of a Champions League push and a possible title challenge next season, the Sun writes.

Jose Mourinho is attempting to bring in Monaco’s £22m-rated Brazilian right-back Fabinho as he also looks to tighten Manchester United’s backline. The 22-year-old has impressed in Ligue 1 but could be willing to make the move to the Premier League United to make the right deal, according to the Sun.

Lastly, Moussa Sissoko is continuing to generate interest within the Premier League. Crystal Palace boss Alan Pardew has joined a long-list of potential suitors and could be poised to reunite the Frenchman with Palace striker Yohan Cabaye. But despite being “very interested”, the Mirror reports, Pardew is unwilling to meet Newcastle’s £35m asking price and will attempt to seek a better deal with the newly-relegated side.
