Cycling: Britons Geraint Thomas, Luke Rowe and Ian Stannard head for Tour Down Under
Britons Geraint Thomas, Luke Rowe and Ian Stannard will be part of Team Sky's seven-strong squad for the season-opening Tour Down Under next month.
Olympic team pursuit champion Thomas, his fellow Welshman Rowe, who won the opening stage of the Tour of Britain, and British champion Stannard will compete in Adelaide from 22 to 27 January. Also in the team will be Edvald Boasson Hagen, Chris Sutton, Mathew Hayman and Bernhard Eisel.
