Cycling: Henderson keeps up Sky's winning run
A last-gasp lunge for the line by Team Sky's Greg Henderson in stage one of the Paris-Nice race yesterday netted the British squad their sixth victory of 2010.
After 201km of racing, the New Zealander's margin of victory was barely a tyre's width ahead of Slovenian Grega Bole. In an action-packed final hour, race favourite Alberto Contador found himself on the wrong side of the split then crashed into a field 3km from the line.
The Astana leader eventually lost 17 seconds, dropping from fourth to eighth while Scotland's David Millar moved up to third overall.
