It's pretty special, it was a brilliant, brilliant performance. He was jumping unbelievable. He has never let us down and is always in the money. He's the star of the stable, he was second at Aintree last year, has won a Kerry National and was unlucky not to win two. It's the thing you dream about. It's nice to have a runner and to have the winner is unreal. Barry [Geraghty] was superb.
Jimmy Mangan, winning trainer

I couldn't believe how easily he won. He jumped brilliantly. The whole race could not have gone better for him.
Barry Geraghty, winning jockey

I didn't get a good start and I think he might have broken a blood vessel.
Ruby Walsh, rider of the 7-1 favourite, Shotgun Willy

We went well for a circuit, jumping well and enjoying it, but he stopped quickly and I had to pull him up.
Andrew Thornton, rider of Gingembre

It's a great shame. He was going well but his leg went.
Conor O'Dwyer, rider of the 8-1 chance Youlneverwalkalone

He made two bad mistakes and then he stepped into the Chair and hurt himself. He pulled out of it sore and so I pulled him up.
Tony McCoy, rider of Iris Bleu

I was really enjoying myself until I fell again. At least we got as far as The Chair. I was a human cannonball.
Mick Fitzgerald, rider of Katarino

He made a mistake at Becher's and that put him in a bad position, but he wouldn't have won. He had too much ground to make up but he's run a good race.
Carl Llewellyn, sixth on Bindaree

He was travelling OK. He jumped a bit low at a few fences but he jumped Becher's perfectly only to go over in a typical Becher's fall.
Tony Dobbin, rider of Killusty

He's clever as an old fox. All that I had to do was to keep the revs up on him and got an absolutely brilliant ride off him.
Barry Fenton, rider of Gunner Welburn

He was going through a bit of a flat spot when he fell, but he can do that in a race.
Jim Culloty, rider of Maximize
