Wigan's out-of-favour scrum-half, Luke Robinson, is considering a loan move to another Super League club - but only after the Challenge Cup final in which he still hopes to play. Other sides, including Castleford and Salford, have enquired about borrowing him, but Robinson says he is going nowhere until after the showdown against St Helens in Cardiff on 15 May.

"I could still be playing in the final and even if I was only 18th man there's nothing going to happen before that," Robinson said. "The day after the final, it's up to me."

Wigan say there is a chance their injured three-quarters - Martin Aspinwall, Brian Carney and David Hodgson - will be fit for Friday's game against Widnes. "They are already working very hard on a lot of physical stuff in training," said their assistant coach, Denis Betts.
