HOCKEY

England Under-21s won their third game in the qualifying tournament for the men's European Cup yesterday in Genoa beating Scotland 5-1 with a hat-trick from Danny Hall and two from Nick Conway to head the pool of six. Scotland's Graham Joyce scored from the penalty spot three minutes from the end.
