Ice hockey: England break Iceland
England's women came away with a 2-1 first leg victory over hosts Iceland in the quarter-finals of the sixth European Championships in Reykjavik yesterday. In a highly competitive game in Reykjavik's National Stadium, the captain, Gillian Coultard, and Kerry Davis scored England's goals in the seventh and 60th minutes.
