JESSICA FOSCHI FACES NEW DRUGS INQUIRY

Although Jessica Foschi, the 15-year-old American swimmer, has been cleared by the American Arbitration Association of all blame over a positive test for steroids, swimming's world governing body, Fina, said yesterday it was launching its own investigation. Foschi, who failed to qualify for this summer's Olympics in Atlanta, tested positive at the US national championships in Pasadena, California, last August.
