However, the latest revelation is that the 22-year-old has changed his mind again and could be on his way to Tottenham. Sigurdsson greatly impressed during his loan spell with Swansea in the second half of last season scoring seven goals. If Liverpool can recover what looked to be a virtually confirmed deal and the midfielder replicates last season's form then he will be a bargain at around £8m.
