Walzerkonig, the mount of Germany's Franke Sloothaak, will not be making the trip to Barcelona. The horse injured himself at a show in Luxembourg earlier this month and it was decided yesterday that he will not be fit enough to compete. Last year Sloothaak rode Walzerkonig into second place at the European Championships.
