DONCASTER
2.05: Plenty of pace is in prospect among the low numbers with the front- running Goretski in stall five. Westcourt Magic, whose chance would be improved by more rain, is nearby in stall seven and is another who races prominently. MUJOVA, out of stall nine and from a stable in form, should therefore get a nice tow and has prospects of reaching the frame at long odds.
2.35: Jamaican Flight has shown improved form on the sand at Wolverhampton and Sue Lamyman's stable won the opening race here yesterday. However, he is badly off at the weights with Noufari, who has won eight races on sand but only one on turf despite numerous attempts. TURNPOLE is 8lb higher in the handicap since his Cesarewitch victory in October (2m 2f) but goes well fresh and could outclass this field.

3.10: TERTIUM failed to get his head in front last season but shows solid form in the spring. This six-year-old also ran well here last September, beaten two lengths by Safio in a 21-runner handicap, but is on a 10lb lower mark today. John Gosden had his team well forward at this time last year and his lightly raced Wellaki is the dark horse. Royal Result has a good chance as long as there is no further rain.
3.40: Barry Hills landed this last year with Mithak and saddles Rainbow Ways this time. The stable is usually among the winners at this stage of the season but at this distance he could be held by the more stoutly- bred ACHILLES - runner-up to the useful Mutawwaj over a mile at Goodwood in September.
