EZZOUD, who proved in the King George VI and Queen Elizabeth Stakes that he is capable of finishing ahead of King's Theatre, is 4-1 to achieve the same feat with a jockey on board in the International Stakes at York a week today.

The Michael Stoute- trained colt, who unshipped Walter Swinburn at the start at Ascot, is preceded by only King's Theatre, at 11-8, and Muhtarram, at 3-1, in William Hill betting.

That firm anticipate a small field for what is the main race of the Ebor meeting's opening day and have priced up only three others. Chatoyant at 8-1, Bob's Return at 10-1 and Alflora at 12-1 complete their book.
