Rugby Union: 1995 World Cup may allow 'cross-overs;

The draw for the 1995 World Cup may be changed to incorporate semi-final 'cross-overs' by the International Board when it meets in April. Under the present arrangement, teams in the same half of the draw (England and New Zealand are in one half while Australia, France and South Africa are in the other) could not meet in the final.
