Ollie Lindsay-Hague is the only change in the England Sevens squad for the opening two legs of the HSBC Sevens World Series next month.

Coach Ben Ryan has kept faith with most of the squad that lost to South Africa in the bronze medal play-off at the Commonwealth Games, with Harlequins' Lindsay-Hague (left) replacing Kevin Barrett.

World-record points holder Ben Gollings will again lead the side with the first leg in Dubai on 3-4 December, before the second leg in George, South Africa a week later. England will play Fiji, France and Portugal in Pool D on the opening day in Dubai.

*Ospreys cruised to their first LV Cup victory with a comprehensive, eight-tries-to-one 46-13 victory over a young Leicester side at the Brewery Field last night, while teenager Joseph Griffin kicked a last-gasp penalty to earn Cardiff Blues a 23-23 draw against Exeter. Last year's winners Northampton proved far too strong for Newport Gwent Dragons as they eased to a 28-3 home win.
