Scotland's Development side recorded the second successive win of their tour of New Zealand, beating Counties B 47-32. Gareth Flockhart ran in three tries and Mark McKenzie scored 22 points with the boot, from five conversions and four penalties. The Silver Thistles' last official match is against invitation side Harlequins on Wednesday 23 July.

John Liley, the Leicester full-back, and scrum-half Aadel Kardooni are joining the summer exodus of players from Welford Road. Liley is following winger Steve Hackney to Moseley and is expected to sign a two-year contract on Monday. Kardooni is set to join the former Tigers and England winger, Rory Underwood, at Bedford when he returns from holiday next week. That will bring the number of players who have left the Tigers this summer to six, and it could become eight: stand-off Rob Liley is expected to sign for Harlequins and Moseley are also having talks with flanker Bill Drake-Lee.
