Wolves hope to be given the go-ahead to complete the pounds 300,000 signing of the South African international striker, Mark Williams, next week. The First Division club have been fighting a red tape battle to secure a work permit for the 28-year-old after agreeing a deal with Williams' Belgian club, RWD Molenbeek.
