ROBBIE REGAN, the British flyweight champion from south Wales, has pulled out of his International Boxing Federation world title eliminator against Mexico's Francisco Montiel in Cardiff next month after trapping a nerve in his neck. The injury will not hamper 22-year-old Regan's preparations for a European title challenge against Italy's Salvatore Fanni in October, also in Cardiff.
