MATT SANDFORD, the 22-year-old Australian who was banned for drug use in the Crieff Highland Games on 15 August, has accused the Scottish officials of being biased towards foreign athletes. 'They victimize people from other countries,' Sandford, who tested positive for testosterone, said.
