ANTI-SMOKING campaigners have lifted their threat to have cars owned by the Williams Formula One team impounded if they enter France. Their decision means that a pounds 3.5m fine recently imposed by a French court on Williams for displaying the logo of tobacco company Camel during television coverage of last month's Australian Grand Prix will not now be collected.
