FERRARI'S new Formula One car broke down before it reached the test track in Fiorano, Italy yesterday. An oil cooler on the hydraulic suspension system failed as soon as the Ferrari 644-B model was switched on and the test session had to be cancelled, frustrating the French driver, Jean Alesi, and a group of faithful Ferrari fans who had come to see the car put through its paces.
