RONNIE O'SULLIVAN became the youngest player to reach a professional semi-final when he beat the defending champion, Mike Hallett, 5-3 in the Humo Masters in Antwerp yesterday. The 16- year-old had a break of 111 in the first frame and went on to clinch victory on the black in the eighth. He said: 'That was one of my worst performances of the season. It was a bad match.'
