Sporting Digest: Rallying
THE overnight leader, Ari Vatanen, of Finland, withdrew from the Acropolis rally yesterday after crashing on stage 21. Vatanen's team-mate, Colin McRae, of Britain, pulled out earlier in the day with a broken front suspension leaving Subaru with no cars in the race. Miki Biasion, of Italy, has a comfortable lead going into the final day.
