Welsh rugby is heading for another sell-out for next weekend's Swalec Cup final between Llanelli and Ebbw Vale at Ashton Gate. 16,000 of the 20,000 tickets have already been sold.

World Sevens champions Fiji will take part in this year's Henley International Tournament on May 24. Fiji will be joined by Western Samoa,who they beat to lift this year's Hong Kong Sevens crown, and Portugal.
