Squash: Le Moignan makes peace
MARTINE LE MOIGNAN, the former World Open champion, has agreed to set aside her differences with the England manager, Alex Cowie, and play for her country one last time to help try to win back the world team title next month in St Peter Port, writes Richard Eaton.
The 31-year-old from Guernsey said after her defeat by New Zealand's Donna Newton in the 1992 world team championships that she would never play for England again while Cowie was in charge.
But she was named yesterday in a squad which also includes the world No 3, Suzanne Horner, the former world junior champion, Cassie Jackman, plus Sue Wright.
