Fourth seed Tim Henman moved into the semi-finals of the Davidoff Swiss Indoor Championship in Basle after beating Morocco's Hicham Arazi 6–3 6–3.
Henman eased through after surviving a first set break and some scorching returns from his opponent in the second set.
It means Henman, the world number 10 and British number one, is on course for his second title in three weeks.
He ended a run of seven consecutive final defeats by claiming the CA Trophy in Vienna earlier this month.
And the fourth seed, a winner at the event in 1998 and a losing finalist last year, reached the last four with a confident performance in Switzerland.
