Anne Keothavong's run at the Qatar Total Open came to a comprehensive end in Doha yesterday with a 6-1, 6-2 defeat by world No 6 Agnieszka Radwanska in the second round.
The British No 2, who appeared to be hampered by an arm problem, can still look back on a fine week: she should climb from her ranking of 89th after beating compatriots Laura Robson and Heather Watson in qualifying and then seeing off top-50 player Tamira Paszek in the first round.
