The number of FA Charity Shield games to have been played at Wembley Stadium prior to Sunday's match between Manchester United and Newcastle United. The former will be making their seventh appearance in the Charity Shield at Wembley, having won it twice, in 1993 and 1994, while Newcastle will be making their first appearance.
