Tom and Paul Smith, the father and son pairing banned for two years by the British Ice Hockey Association five months ago, are back in the sport. The Smiths - adjudged responsible by the BIHA for the demise of Durham Wasps' former holding company, Incredo, which went into liquidation a year ago - have won an appeal against the decision, after threatening to challenge it in the High Court.
