Star Wars actor Richard LeParmentier dies aged 66

Star Wars actor Richard LeParmentier, who as a young Death Star commander learned the hard way that Darth Vader brooks no disrespect, has died aged 66.

Twelve years ago, Cameron Crowe took an offbeat Spanish psychodrama, Open Your Eyes, and remade it as Vanilla Sky, a big and glossy Tom Cruise vehicle. Oblivion has a similar feel.
