Education secretary rules out cancelling exams in 2021
Gavin Williamson has outlined the steps the government is taking to ensure students are not “disadvantaged” in next year’s examinations.
“We’re not going to let Covid damage the life chances of an entire year of students by cancelling next year’s exams," said the Education Secretary.
