YOUR column-inch coverage of Gay Pride 1992 (28 June) was risible and out of proportion. Is it really necessary for lesbians and gay men to break the law or expose parts of their anatomy to be 'newsworthy'? Perhaps you feel the lack of coverage is our own fault and that if only we had burnt a few homophobes at the stake then you could have taken some notice?
