The statement that Apex tickets are not available on early-morning trains from Swansea to London is incorrect (True Stories from the Great Railway Disaster, 8 December). Our Apex return fare of pounds 23 is available on our 06.57 departure from Swansea, which arrives in London Waterloo at 11.11. This connects with the 11.53 to Brussels, with forward connection to Amsterdam.
