Letter: Attractions of the farm shed
Sir: In his article, Roger Hawkins chose photographs that were taken from a misleading 'bird's eye' view angle, yet all three showed large buildings carefully sited in deep hollows, and each excavated to make them less visible. One had a natural bank topped with a thick hedge, higher than the barn itself.
There is nothing to indicate where the highway is. If it is not close, the general public will not see them at all when the lichen takes over in 10 years' time. Full marks to the farmers]
Yours faithfully,
