Letter: Cartoon kudos

Sir: I would like to express my appreciation of the cartoons by Colin Wheeler. Although I do not readily respond to visual expressions of ideas and humour, I find these cartoons consistently witty, succinct and to the point, as well as illuminating and amusing. To achieve all this with such economy of means is truly admirable.
