Letter: DIY funeral

Sir: Dr Phil Hammond ends his article with "I'd be quite happy to leave my body to the nearest anatomy department ... just so long as they pay for the burial". My wife and I have bequeathed our bodies to the Department of Human Anatomy of the University of Oxford. Its Form D1 (para 5) states that "the cost of a simple burial service (the bodies may remain in the Department for up to three years) will be borne by the Department".
