Letter: Double up

Around 70 per cent of commuting cars are company-owned, encouraging people to drive to work instead of using public transport ("Make friends...", 24 August). The remedy is road pricing and a tax on office parking to encourage environmentally friendly travel - even two-per-car commuters would be better.
