Sir: Observed on Millbank, SW1, this morning, the latest addition to London's street furniture - two pay-as- you-view telescopes strategically placed to afford magnificent views of the new MI6 building at Vauxhall Cross. And the cost of spying on the spies? Twenty pence a go.
